Your Key Responsibilities:
- Support the school catering team with daily meal preparation and service.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety at all times.
- Assist with washing up, cleaning work surfaces, and organising kitchen equipment.
- Help set up and clear the dining area before and after lunch service.
- Work efficiently alongside chefs and catering staff to ensure mealtimes run smoothly.
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience as a Kitchen Assistant, Catering Assistant, or similar role (school or hospitality background ideal).
- A reliable, positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of basic food hygiene and safety practices (training can be provided).
- Must have the right to work in the UK.
