Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks
- Provide excellent customer service by taking orders, making recommendations, and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring health and safety standards are met
- Handle cash and card transactions accurately
- Keep track of stock levels and assist with inventory management
- Work efficiently in a team to ensure smooth operations during busy periods
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a barista or in a similar customer-facing role
- Strong knowledge of coffee preparation, including espresso-based drinks
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure
- Must be reliable, friendly, and have a positive attitude
- Right to work in the UK
